A water services company requires an Infrastructure Supervisor to work in the city of Calama. Objective: Efficiently coordinate and supervise inspection, maintenance, and repair activities for drinking water and wastewater collection networks, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements through resource management, staff training, and on-site control—aiming to optimize operations, improve customer service, and contribute to the continuity and efficiency of services provided by the company. Conditions: 1. Salary: CLP 1,290,000 (net) 2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:20. 3. Work Modality: On-site 4. Responsibilities: * Coordinate inspection activities with contract supervisors from partner companies, providing instructions to carry out maintenance and repair processes for drinking water and wastewater collection networks. * Conduct home inspections to verify work performed by partner companies. * Coordinate training for workers employed by service providers regarding required procedures, followed by monitoring of their implementation. * Manage the process of customer disconnection through on-site residential meter removals. * Perform on-site tasks requiring regular travel to locations other than the designated workplace within the company’s operational area. * Coordinate inspection activities with contract supervisors from partner companies, providing instructions to carry out maintenance and/or repair processes for water conveyance lines or intakes. * Supervise partner companies’ compliance with safety, customer, and environmental performance indicators. * Submit monthly payment status reports for assigned partner companies. * Analyze and implement service improvement opportunities for customers and network operations. * Coordinate and manage repairs on water conveyance lines and intakes. 8. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Degree in Construction Engineering or a related field. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Residence in Calama
