**Contract Administrator \| Underground Works**

### **Purpose of the Role**
* Comprehensively administer the **project contract** (client agreement and annexes), ensuring **contractual and economic compliance**, through management of **changes/variations**, **claims**, **EOT**, **progress payments/payment certificates**, and **documentary record-keeping**, safeguarding **margin, cash flow, schedule**, and the client relationship.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Administer the main contract: terms and conditions, specifications, annexes, precedence rules, and compliance.
* Implement **Change Management**: identify, notify, value, negotiate, and formalize changes.
* Lead **claims** and **EOT** with technical, documentary, and planning (critical path) support.
* Validate **progress payments/payment certificates**: progress, measurements, pricing, price adjustments, and QA/QC supporting documentation.
* Manage **back-to-back subcontracts**: scope, measurement, guarantees, insurance, penalties, changes, and payments.
* Document governance and correspondence: operation of **DMS**, traceability, and audit/dispute support.
* Executive reporting: dashboard for changes, risks, forecast, cash flow, and contractual exposure.
### **Key Stakeholders**
* Project Manager, Production/Technical Office, **Planning**, **Cost Control**, Procurement/Subcontracts, QA/QC, HSE, Administration & Finance, and Client.
**Mandatory Requirements**
--------------------------
* **Education:** Civil Engineering degree or Civil Construction Technician qualification.
* **Experience:** **15+ years** of professional experience.
* Must have served as **Contract Administrator** (or equivalent role) in **at least 3 contracts** for **tunnels/underground civil works** of similar nature.
**Desirable / Valued Requirements**

* Experience in complex infrastructure (metro/urban tunnels/underground mining/EPC/concessions).
* High documentary rigor, audit readiness, and client negotiation capability.
* Certification/diploma in Contract Administration / FIDIC / Claims; ISO 9001\-14001\-45001\.
