Lead the operational process from the standpoint of planning and maintenance, where you must oversee responsibilities related to handling unforeseen events, service orders, personnel under supervision, etc. Exercise visible leadership in equipment servicing, both unplanned and scheduled, which involves being present during various tasks and/or equipment interventions arising during your shift, ensuring the safety of your team and high-quality work according to company standards. Supervise that operation and planning schedules are fulfilled. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. At least 5 years of prior work experience.
