Position: Call for Operations Manager at Faena Centinela Purpose of the Position: Direct, manage, and control the proper implementation of the company's strategies and procedures, Ensure complete and timely fulfillment of maintenance plans and programs, Efficiently manage resources to ensure equipment availability and reliability. Timely compliance with contractual commitments with the client regarding safety, costs, and quality, according to Komatsu Chile's DOP standards. Functions: Ensure compliance with the contractual scope of the maintenance service through operational management and contract safety, according to customer requirements and company guidelines, aiming to maintain operational continuity and business profitability. Lead the operational process from the standpoint of planning and maintenance, where you must oversee responsibilities related to handling unforeseen events, service orders, personnel under supervision, etc. Exercise visible leadership in equipment servicing, both unplanned and scheduled, which involves being present during various tasks and/or equipment interventions arising during your shift, ensuring the safety of your team and high-quality work according to company standards. Supervise that operation and planning schedules are fulfilled. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. At least 5 years of prior work experience. Knowledge and previous experience in supervision or managerial roles Intermediate level knowledge of Office and SAP Adaptive skills, leadership, effective communication, strategic vision. Knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance and repair. Experience working at a mining site (Faena).
