Our focus is on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, delivering agile and results-oriented solutions. **Position Mission:** Lead the coordination of Training Centers (CdT), ensuring training execution, team alignment, and compliance with client standards. **Job Functions:** Lead the planning and scheduling of the Training Plan Inform and guide district CdT coordination teams on guidelines for developing the annual Training Plan. Coordinate the integrated scheduling of internal courses and training programs across CdTs together with the Head of Program Coordination, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the client. Supervise the execution and compliance of the Training Plan at CdTs Permanently monitor progress of the Training Plan, ensuring achievement of goals and deadlines. Identify deviations and implement necessary corrective or preventive actions to maintain quality and effectiveness of training delivery. Coordinate relationships with counterparts from the client Coordinate and maintain fluid communication with the client's Development Business Partners and Integration Directors. Gather critical information on implementation progress, identify gaps, and manage feedback for continuous improvement of training processes. Monitor service quality and compliance with provider agreements Supervise satisfaction levels, learning outcomes, and compliance with SLAs established with training service providers. Promptly detect service delivery deviations and coordinate appropriate actions with CdT managers and the Bidding and Payments department. Provide technical leadership to CdT teams and support cross-functional projects Lead, motivate, and supervise district CdT coordination teams, ensuring alignment with standards defined by the client.
