Our focus is on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, delivering agile and results-oriented solutions. **Job Mission:** Coordinate and execute training programs at CdT, ensuring planning and management aligned with client directives. **Job Responsibilities:** **Coordinate course scheduling with CdT:** dates, times, participants, and registration in GPS. Keep the Unique Training Catalog updated. **Manage full logistics for activities:** invitations, rooms, coffee breaks, accreditation, and participant confirmation. Generate purchase orders and manage payments according to milestones. Supervise on-site session execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and support the provider during implementation. Consolidate and archive documentation from completed activities: class records, certificates, attendance lists, among others. Administer satisfaction and learning surveys, and generate reports with indicators and alerts.
