Their primary function is to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment, delivering effective solutions to technical issues and ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. Travel: Reasonable travel within Chile and abroad to perform job duties. Technical Skills: * Handling hardware and software of geotechnical monitoring equipment. * Diagnosing and resolving faults in mechanical, electrical, electronic, and telecommunications systems. * Configuring networks and data communication. * Using software for processing and analyzing geotechnical data. General Skills * Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems. * Effective communication with customers and internal teams. * Service orientation and customer focus. * Availability to travel and work in the field under adverse conditions, including visits to mining sites. * Ability to drive a car or van to reach mining sites, complying with safety requirements and traffic regulations. * Obligation to obtain and maintain the company's internal driving license according to established procedures. * Organizational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines. * Ability to communicate effectively with managers, engineers, and technicians. * Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment **Experience** * \> 1 year of direct experience in maintenance and repair of high-tech equipment. * Fieldwork experience in the large-scale mining industry environment in Chile. **What Do You Need?*** Engineer or Higher Technician in a related field, ideally in Internal Combustion Mechanics, Electricity/Electronics, Computer Science, or Industrial Automation. * Experience in maintenance and repair of complex electronic systems. * Languages: Intermediate English (desirable for communication with international support). * Class B driver's license * Health compatible with working at high altitude * Valid Passport or Permanent Residency with ability to obtain visas for international travel. * **What We Offer** As part of a truly global company, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn within a diverse and collaborative culture.
