We are currently seeking a **MAINTENANCE MASTER FIRST CLASS** to join our team in Calama. We need someone with strong organizational and planning skills, along with a proactive, disciplined, and rigorous attitude. **Responsibilities** * Execute preventive maintenance programs and repairs, ensuring the proper functioning of machines and facilities assigned by the manager. * Place orders timely and verify the punctuality and quality of received materials. * Comply responsibly with environmental policies within their area of responsibility. * Carry out activities and assume responsibilities related to the work plan. * Support various units and facilities as required by the contract. * Ensure that supplies meet the quality standards committed in the contract. * Maintain and care for tools under their responsibility. * Comply with SGC policies and objectives established for their area. * Propose action plans aimed at continuous improvement of processes within their scope or identified in the area, and monitor their implementation. * Ensure that activities in their area are carried out under safe conditions while protecting the environment, considering the provisions of the quality management system. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education and technical or professional qualification in Maintenance. * Knowledge of plumbing. * Knowledge in civil works and finishes. * Preferably demonstrable knowledge in electricity. * Proactive individual with ability to work in a team. * Class B driver's license. * Health compatible with job requirements. * **Residence in CALAMA (mandatory)** **Minimum Experience** * Minimum five years of experience in similar roles or in related industries (preferred) **Attach your updated CV!** **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Continuous learning and training opportunities. * On-site meals. * Compensation fund. ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top global food service companies.
