We are seeking a strategic leader to manage operations in Calama, driving commercial growth and operational efficiency. What will be your mission? Lead the branch, maximizing profitability and ensuring excellent service to mining sector clients. You will lead a team of 5 to 10 people, guaranteeing the proper execution of operational, commercial, and administrative processes. **Main responsibilities:** ✅ Manage and expand the client portfolio by offering comprehensive mineral transportation solutions. ✅ Plan and execute sales strategies, manage contracts, and control the budget. ✅ Identify new business opportunities and strengthen commercial relationships within the mining industry. ✅ Supervise branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding risk management, quality, occupational health, environment, and integrated systems. **Mandatory requirements:** Proven experience leading sales teams, with a focus on selling services to the mining industry. Active network of contacts within the mining industry, especially in Calama and surrounding areas. Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics (Mandatory) Residence in Calama or willingness to relocate to the city.
