At TRANSVIP, a recognized passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, administration, reservation systems, traffic operations, and implementation of technology in our operational processes, we are currently seeking an Airport Coordinator (Calama). Position Objective: **Guarantee the best service experience for our customers, both individual and corporate**, ensuring the proper assignment and control of all departure services. The selected candidate will be required to **lead and supervise the provider team**, ensuring appropriate uniform usage and compliance with service protocols according to company standards. **Functions:** * Prepare shift closing reports, complying with branch operational guidelines. * Coordinate the delivery and assignment of passengers to providers according to designated zones. * Supervise the correct application of passenger service protocols. * Verify appropriate uniform usage by providers. * Manage and resolve conflict situations arising with passengers. * Manage and resolve conflict situations arising with providers. * Respond promptly to operational contingencies that may affect airport operations. * Propose continuous improvements aimed at optimizing operations and service experience. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **logistics and transportation** (ideally in operational coordination). * Residence in **Calama.** * **Availability for rotating shifts** (morning, afternoon, and night). * Leadership skills, conflict resolution ability, and customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
