Finning, Caterpillar’s strategic partner and leader in equipment distribution and services, is seeking top talent to fill the Supervisor role for the Ministro Hales Contract. Job Description Summary The incumbent will be responsible for supervising and coordinating field operations to support the execution of maintenance and repair programs for the contract’s equipment fleet, in accordance with customer requirements and satisfaction, as well as Finning-defined timelines and budgets, within a safe, accident-free environment and in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: - Scheduling, assigning, and supervising technical service work performed by the Division (Workshop and Field). - Providing estimated job completion times and reviewing spare parts lists for quotation preparation. - Meeting service KPIs. - Ensuring and supervising compliance with safety standards per corporate policies and procedures. - Operating systems supporting area management control (SIS, Vision Link, SAP BI, etc.). - Requesting and receiving third-party work; managing workshop tools and consumables. - Identifying inefficiencies or rework in workshop activities and developing corrective action plans. Required Qualifications: - Minimum formal education: Higher Technical Degree. - 3 years of experience in similar roles. - SAP knowledge preferred. - Experience supervising maintenance teams at mining sites. - Availability to work rotating shifts.
