Important Fuel Company operating in mining sites requires an Operator residing in Calama **Job Objective:** To control and operate facilities for receiving, distributing and ensuring the supply of fuels and lubricants according to company and client requirements. Achieve job objectives while maintaining established safety and ethical standards for job performance. Control the handling and disposal of lubricants. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Measure daily the lubricant tanks at the mine site following established procedures * Receive facilities from the previous shift and generate corresponding reports if any irregular situation exists. Measure fuel and lubricant tanks each shift as required according to current procedures. * Perform unloading of lubricants and/or coolant at lubrication centers, peripherals or other locations as directed by the shift supervisor * Control and manage the lubricant reception process to prevent cross-contamination of products * Reconcile daily physical inventory per product tank. Keep measurement logs up to date and report daily stock levels and daily closing * Investigate any out-of-range fluctuations according to established procedures * Do not perform activities for which you are not trained and authorized by the company * Communicate and report any discrepancies detected during the shift. Keep facilities clean and organized. Report to your supervisor any situations requiring special attention * Submit to all medical, alcohol and drug random tests as determined by the company * Actively participate in company meetings and operational activities * Attend training sessions scheduled by the company for performance improvement or ACHS courses, during working hours or previously agreed during rest periods * Identify, report and stop any situation that could affect worker physical integrity and potentially cause accidents * Know, respect, apply and comply with company and client policies, as well as internal company regulations * Perform tasks identifying hazards, evaluating risks and implementing controls through proper task risk identification and analysis * Ensure adequate control over storage and handling operations to prevent product loss or spills. Ability to assess and control risks related to assigned tasks **Requirements:** * Education: Complete secondary education, technical studies desirable * Residence: Calama (mandatory) * Work Location: Chuquicamata Mine Site (no camp), daily commute to and from shift * Experience: 1 year of experience in mining operations * Basic knowledge of maintenance or industrial mechanics and mining equipment lubrication processes for lubricant facility operator role (ideal) * Work Schedule: Initially 5x2 during training, then transition to 7x7 * Class B Driver's License (desirable) **Benefits:** * Direct company contract * Net Salary of $870,000 * Company benefits * Indefinite contract based on performance
