Propose reliability and maintainability improvements **Job Description** We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support asset management for Module A, analyze failures, improve availability, and contribute to the operational continuity of the electrical system. **Main Responsibilities** Analyze failures and performance deviations. Propose reliability and maintainability improvements. Support maintenance strategies and asset control. Develop system performance indicators. Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and technical office teams. **Mandatory Requirements** Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field. 2 years of general work experience. 2 years of specific experience in reliability or industrial maintenance. 5 years of experience in mining. Valid Class B driver's license. Medical fitness suitable for site work. **Desirable Qualifications** Experience with low-voltage (LV) / medium-voltage (MV) electrical assets. Proficiency in maintenance performance indicators.
