We are currently seeking 8 Plant Operators Assistants for Drinking and Wastewater Treatment Plants for our important client Codelco División Chuquicamata Vicepresidency, located in the commune of Calama, where their purpose will be to provide operational support to the water treatment plant operator, as well as assist electromechanical tasks, supporting their functions and ensuring the continuous operation of the plant. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * At least 2 years of experience as an assistant or auxiliary in wastewater treatment plants or similar facilities. * Availability to work on rotating 7x7 shifts (with camp accommodations). * Residence in Calama or surrounding areas. **Benefits:** * Shuttle buses * Meals provided * Complementary health, dental, and life insurance We offer a fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite contract based on performance.
