Recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, we have more than 95,000 employees and a network of over 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** * Appropriately apply SGS specific instructions and procedures for carrying out activities. * Carry out metrological confirmation activities when applicable. * Follow the activities specified in the Operational and structural procedures of the management system. * Comply with operational risk control measures indicated by supervision and/or operational procedures. * Perform weight control tasks, physicochemical tests, review, verification, checking and witnessing when applicable. * Work as a team and provide mutual support. * Take and prepare samples at designated points according to what is stipulated in the operational procedures. * Ensure the care, preservation and integrity of the samples taken and/or processed. * Immediately report to the chain of command any conditions and/or actions affecting safety and/or quality standards. * Responsible for following quality, safety and environmental protection standards. * Safeguard and ensure maintenance of files, records, instructions and operational documents in good condition and readily available. * Protect sample integrity, ensuring traceability and recording of activities in designated documents clearly, orderly and completely.
