Position Summary: Kal Tire is seeking a Tire Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations, and managing relevant tire information. Kal Tire, a global leader in tire innovation and comprehensive tire management, is seeking a **Tire Supervisor**, in accordance with Kal Tire Chile’s internal policies. **Requirements:** * + Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree, or related field. + OTR tire experience + Class B and D driver’s license preferred + Availability to work on a 7x7 shift. **Responsibilities:** * Complete all reports and records requested by the client, as well as those requested internally. * Ensure proper industrial order and hygiene at work sites. * Coordinate and supervise daily tasks, verifying strict adherence to safe work procedures, instructions, standards, and all regulations issued by the client and current legislation. * Ensure compliance with our company’s Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene, and Safety. * Routinely inspect the condition and proper use of equipment and tools required for service delivery, and promptly report any deviations or malfunctions. * Coordinate daily service activities with the client’s established operations, record changes, perform measurements of tire, rim, chain, and/or other factor performance affecting the service life of these components. * Monitor and maintain up-to-date information on tires, rims, and chains—including their status (in operation, used stock, new stock, under repair, or retired)—to support sound operational decision-making. * Deliver services strictly within the scope and constraints defined by contract or Work Order. * Report all service updates and future scheduling matters to the Site Administrator at all times. * Ensure all activities are performed by workers possessing the required competencies, training, driving licenses, and certifications for proper service execution. * Participate in internal training courses.
