Job Summary: We are seeking Control Systems Engineers to perform diagnosis, support, modification, and improvement of industrial automation systems in underground mining. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and improvement of industrial automation systems. 2. Development and tuning of operational logic and HMI screens. 3. Support in functional testing and commissioning of equipment. **Job Description** We are seeking Control Systems Engineers to carry out diagnosis, support, modification, and improvement of the contract's industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, DCSs, and control platforms associated with underground mining operations. **Main Responsibilities** Diagnose faults in industrial control systems. Modify signals, variables, scaling, and control configurations. Develop or tune operational logic, routines, and sequences. Modify and update HMI screens, alarms, and trends. Perform configuration backups, version control, and technical documentation. Support functional testing, commissioning, and equipment integration. **Mandatory Requirements** Civil or Executive Engineering degree. Training in Automation, Electronics, Control, or a related field. 4 years of general experience. 2 years of specific experience in industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, or DCSs. 2 years of experience in mining. Valid Class B driver's license. Availability for a 7x7 shift. Health compatible with working at mining sites and high-altitude geographical locations. **Desirable** Experience with ABB 800xA. Experience in underground mining. Experience in commissioning, functional testing, and operational support.
