Don't worry about experience — here you will have all the tools to support your career and professional development within our company. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in the **receiving of spare parts and materials**, verifying quantities, physical condition, and associated documentation. * **Recording and monitoring cargo intake** in the system, ensuring proper traceability and information updates. * **Labeling, organizing, and storing** products in their designated locations, maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. * **Preparing and dispatching spare parts** to customers, service repair shops, and other internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * **Coordinating material shipments** to other branches, assisting in packaging decisions and closing transport documentation. * **Conducting periodic inventory checks**, reviewing stock levels, locations, and work orders in the system. * **Issuing and managing logistics documents**, such as delivery receipts, invoices, and signed records. * **Supporting the optimization of logistics processes**, contributing to operational efficiency and service quality. * **Complying with safety, order, and cleanliness standards**, maintaining the work area in appropriate conditions. * Promoting a **collaborative attitude** within the team, supporting cross-functional tasks according to department needs. **Desired Profile:** * Student pursuing an Intermediate or Higher Technical Degree in Logistics. * Must have valid school insurance. * Availability to start the internship on January 5th and end on March 31st. **Additional Information:** Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
