At GRUPO GRAFTON, we are currently seeking an ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR for a one-year project in RT. Responsible for executing and controlling electrical maintenance, reconstruction (Overhaul), and new equipment installation programs. Oversees the execution of activities through tasks assigned to their team carried out by Electrical Foremen and/or Electrical Instrumentation Technicians, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently while complying with current standards and regulations of FAM América Latina Ltda. and the Client. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor, verify, and ensure task execution in maintenance, installation, reconstruction, and new equipment assembly areas, safeguarding quality, safety, and environmental protocols. * Collaborate in planning and scheduling maintenance, reconstruction, and new equipment installation programs based on field feedback. * Provide technical support to the work team, manage area needs, and facilitate execution. * Validate electrical installations and tools at site, field, or office locations according to current regulations. * Manage, control, and maintain both company-owned and client-owned fixed assets. * Ensure proper documentation backup for overall service or project traceability, conducting with the work team electrical installation protocols for presentation or other necessary records. * Prepare field electrical technical reports aimed at supporting information needs of general leaders or area managers. * Consolidate daily reports related to operational areas. * Ensure proper condition of electrical installations in site facilities (IIFF) and offices. * Guarantee accurate preparation of documentation required for site operations, such as work permits, job safety analysis, tool checklists as specified by the client. * Master and apply testing and commissioning concepts for electrical equipment and instrumentation within their area. * Operate light vehicles (pickup trucks, exceptionally as needed) in accordance with applicable authorizations, municipal or internal site licenses, qualifications, certifications, and current requirements enabling activity performance. * Manage human relations effectively, adapting behavior appropriately to the working environment, demonstrating entrepreneurial and innovative attitudes. **Requirements:** University degree level (Electrical Engineer, Executive Engineer with specialization, or related field). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Intermediate to advanced PC skills. * Basic written and oral English (intermediate level desirable). * Practical knowledge of FAM equipment related to maintainability, reliability, and construction sequencing tasks. * Knowledge of safety topics (equipment usage, PPE usage, etc.). * Solid electrical expertise: Ability to read power electrical drawings and P&IDs, SEC certified installer qualification (Class C or higher). * Strong knowledge in: Networks, fiber optics, control and communication systems.
