We are looking for our next **After-sales Advisor** for our **Calama branch.** **Mission:** Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient and personalized after-sales service, managing needs related to maintenance, repair, and technical support of heavy machinery. **As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:** * Collecting and recording customer requests related to maintenance, warranties, or repairs of heavy machinery. * Scheduling and coordinating visits from specialized technicians to carry out required maintenance or repair services for customers. * Processing and supervising warranty procedures for machinery, ensuring compliance with terms agreed upon with customers and suppliers. * Providing technical guidance to customers on the proper use and preventive maintenance of purchased or leased heavy machinery. * Making periodic calls or visits to evaluate machinery performance and anticipate potential maintenance or support needs. * Identifying and resolving any after-sales issues affecting customer operations quickly and effectively. * Preparing detailed reports on after-sales activities, including services performed, costs, and customer satisfaction levels. * Organizing and conducting workshops or training sessions for customers on best practices in the use of heavy machinery. * Coordinating the availability and delivery of spare parts necessary for after-sales repairs and maintenance.
