At GRUPO GRAFTON, we are seeking a STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR for a one-year project at RT. Responsible for executing and controlling the application of the agreed structural engineering design with management for optimal design, ensuring that engineering objectives and project goals regarding structural and design optimization are met, responding to requirements for both reconstruction and new equipment. Controls the execution of activities through specific tasks assigned to their team carried out by Mechanical Foremen and/or Mechanical Technicians, Welders or Hydraulic Technicians, guaranteeing work is performed safely and efficiently, complying with current standards and regulations of FAM América Latina Ltda. and the Client. **Responsibilities:** * Control, verify, and ensure task execution in maintenance, assembly, reconstruction, and installation of new equipment areas, safeguarding quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Collaborate in planning and developing maintenance, reconstruction, and new equipment installation programs based on field feedback. * Provide technical support to their work team, manage needs within their area for execution. * Collaborate in implementing site installations, field or office setups according to client or internal standards. * Manage, control, and care for fixed assets, both company-owned and client-owned. * Ensure proper documentation backup for overall service or project traceability, conducting with their work team constructive mechanical assembly protocols according to sequence for presentation, or other necessary documents. * Prepare field technical reports aimed at supporting general leaders or area managers' information needs. * Consolidate daily reports related to the areas in which they operate. * Select and monitor the performance of external consultants in the discipline. * Support and/or assist in preparing drawings, general plans, and designs with supporting calculation notes for specifications. * Provide feedback to design staff with information to aid in producing detailed drawings. * Verify drawings, designs, purchased materials, and equipment to confirm compliance with specifications. * Ensure proper preparation of documentation required for fieldwork, such as work permits, safe job analyses, tool checklists as specified by the client. * Master and apply concepts for testing and inspections within their area. * Drive and operate light vehicles (pickup trucks, exceptionally as needed) in accordance with * authorizations, municipal or internal site licenses, qualifications, certifications, and current requirements enabling activity performance. * Manage human relationships and adapt them to the environment, demonstrating an entrepreneurial and innovative attitude. Coordinate project design activities within the discipline to ensure quality, completeness, and economic objectives. **Requirements:** * Civil Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer or Civil Builder, Higher Level Technician. * 6, 8 and 12 years of experience respectively.
