Your primary purpose will be to ensure that vehicle repair and maintenance processes are executed under strict standards of quality, efficiency, and established deadlines, maximizing technical team productivity and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead, advise, and assign daily tasks to the technical team, distributing workload efficiently according to their specialties. Make timely decisions on the workshop floor to maintain a steady repair flow, minimizing downtime and ensuring achievement of delivery targets (ANS). Foster and ensure a "zero-accident" workplace culture and environmental respect, while also supervising regulatory compliance by contractors and third parties on-site. Select and specify materials, spare parts, and tools required for repairs and proper maintenance of workshop equipment. Analyze and propose improvements to production processes to increase productivity and support company growth. Supervise and maintain physical order inside and outside the workshop, implementing best practices for proper fleet flow and parking. Requirements Preferred: Technical or University degree in Automotive Mechanics. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar coordination or workshop supervision roles. Valid Class B driver's license.
