We are looking for a **Branch Manager** for one of our clients with nationwide presence to ensure the optimal operation of the **Medical Center in Calama**, efficiently managing operations, administering resources, and ensuring an excellent service experience for patients. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Manage the overall operation of the Medical Center. ✔ Control supplies and inventory. ✔ Coordinate requests and billing with suppliers. ✔ Supervise payments for basic utilities. ✔ Manage the accounting administration of the Medical Center. ✔ Report payments according to the Finance schedule. ✔ Perform bank deposits and coordinate with Accounting and Finance. ✔ Ensure an excellent service experience and customer retention. ✔ Keep the branch schedule up to date. ✔ Lead, coordinate, and supervise the work team. ✔ Manage replacements and respond to contingencies. **Requirements:** * **Healthcare professional** with at least **3 years of experience in the field**. * **Team leadership experience** of at least **2 years** and in operational roles. * **Ideally, experience in hospitals and as an area leader.** * Training in **Nursing or Medical Technology** * **Residence in Calama** **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday:** 07:30 to 16:30 hrs. **Saturdays:** 07:30 to 13:00 hrs.
