We want you to become our next Ergonomist, working at a site located in Calama under a replacement arrangement.
**Mission**
Conduct ergonomic assessments using technical tools and protocols issued by the Ministry of Health (TMERT and MMC) to prevent musculoskeletal risks, promote self-care, and strengthen the preventive culture within client companies—thus supporting worker well-being and organizational productivity.
**Responsibilities**
* Assess ergonomic conditions of workstations and work processes using specialized technical tools, identifying risks and proposing improvements that support occupational health
* Deliver training sessions on self-care, proper use of workstations, and dissemination of protocols related to musculoskeletal disorders, aiming to strengthen preventive culture
* Prescribe ergonomic solutions for the selection and procurement of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring their suitability for job requirements
* Prepare technical documentation and reports to support the management performed, enabling traceability and control
* Collaborate on other tasks assigned by supervision, aligned with project objectives
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
* Education: Completed university degree or completed technical professional program (4 years). Professional degree in Kinesiology or Physical Education
* Preferred: Diplomas and/or courses in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, Hygiene, Risk Prevention, Active Break Monitor, or Compensatory Exercises
* Knowledge: Ergonomics; Office Workstation Analysis; Active Breaks or Compensatory Exercises
* Minimum experience: 1 year (3 years preferred)
Conditions:
* Fixed-term contract offered
* Work schedule: 4x3 (Monday to Wednesday: 08:00–20:00 hrs; Thursday: 08:00–14:00 hrs)
* Transportation from nearby communes
