WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU*" This job offer is governed by Law 21.015, which encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities into the* *workforce."* GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Responsible for supervising and controlling maintenance tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs according to contract requirements, complying with Sandvik's and the client’s safety and quality standards, to ensure equipment availability and operational continuity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* Advise, train, evaluate, and guide the team to achieve objectives aligned with company values and policies. * Allocate Sandvik personnel and equipment according to the weekly planning schedule. * Record and deliver the shift handover logbook. * Stop any work that does not meet standards, preventing incidents. * Provide technical advice in response to client requests or questions. * Maintain and promote good housekeeping practices in the work area. * Ensure compliance and updating of mandatory training plans, monitoring team progress. * Keep necessary tools and machinery available for service operations. * Prepare and report spare parts and backlog requests based on accumulated operating hours. * Assist clients with products, equipment, or processes by suggesting improvements. * Share technical knowledge with colleagues, direct reports, and supervisors. * Monitor processes such as workplace climate, performance, recruitment, and selection. * Properly apply HR policies regarding vacations, equity, internal regulations, communication, training, code of conduct, among others. * Retain and foster professional development of the assigned team. * Promptly notify supervisors of deviations in work execution. * Maintain constant communication with the team regarding contract performance, client feedback, EHS, compliance, and changes in policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations for the position. YOUR PROFILE:* University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Machinery, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry. * Knowledge. * Knowledge of automation, preferably related to autonomous equipment operations (mandatory). * Proficiency in SAP platform for client reporting (mandatory). * Intermediate level in MS Office and English (desirable). * Intermediate negotiation skills, with ability to manage agreements and resolve situations involving different stakeholders. OTHERS:* Availability to travel or relocate. * Availability to work on a 4x3 shift schedule. * Class B driver's license with minimum 3 years of validity (mandatory). * Residence in the Antofagasta Region (desirable).
