Job Description Summary The incumbent will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities based on short-term horizons, as well as monitoring plans and execution of activities in accordance with company standards, to ensure equipment preservation and optimize resource allocation for maintenance program execution—thereby contributing to the availability and reliability of fleets contractually and physically associated between Finning and the client. Key responsibilities include: * Receive and validate long-term projections with the client. * Receive and validate quarterly projections with the client. * Distribute, publish, and archive the monthly plan. * Consult and deliver Backlog execution targets (Maintenance Plan). * Deliver defined scheduling strategy (repair plan, equipment prioritization, etc.). * Communicate changes to centralized planning. * Correct and validate changes according to priorities. Required Qualifications: * Knowledge of planning and scheduling strategy. * Knowledge of equipment maintenance and its applications. * Proficiency in computer tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cat Inspect, and SIS. * Understanding of maintenance and repair models. * Proficiency in management software (AMT, SAP). * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * Ability to analyze and interpret variables, KPIs, and management targets.
