Finning, CATERPILLAR’s strategic partner and leader in equipment and service distribution, is seeking top talent to fulfill the role of Maintenance Programmer under Contract for Division Chuquicamata UG You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities based on the short-term horizon, as well as controlling plans and execution of activities according to company standards, to ensure equipment preservation and optimize resource allocation for executing maintenance programs—thereby contributing to the availability and reliability of fleets contractually and physically associated between Finning and the client. **Key Job Responsibilities:** Receive and validate long-term projections with the client. Receive and validate quarterly projections with the client. Distribute, publish, and archive the monthly plan. Query and deliver backlog execution targets (Maintenance Plan). Provide defined programming strategy (repair plan, equipment prioritization, etc.). Communicate changes to centralized planning. Correct and validate changes according to priorities. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Higher Technical Degree. Knowledge of planning and scheduling strategy. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and its applications. Proficiency in computer tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cat Inspect, SIS. Understanding of maintenance and repair models. Proficiency in management software (AMT, SAP). Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Ability to analyze and interpret variables, KPIs, and management targets. **Internal Requirements:** 1 year in current role. Performance evaluation rated as "Meets Expectations". **Minimum Application Level:** 2B or Technical C.
