At Aramark, we are looking for a Maintenance Programmer. **The objective of the position is:** To coordinate and control preventive, corrective maintenance tasks and repairs across different areas, ensuring quality and safety standards of contract facilities and compliance with commercial agreements. **Key responsibilities include:** Schedule and monitor preventive, corrective maintenance and repair activities with various specialists to ensure service quality and safety standards are met within established timeframes. Monitor the condition of tools and manage their repair as necessary. Supervise assigned personnel to ensure area efficiency through achievement of results, high performance levels, and a work environment that fosters trust and commitment among team members. Control maintenance area materials and equipment to ensure availability of necessary resources for efficient execution of work and repairs. Generate monthly material purchase lists. Obtain product cost estimates. Schedule improvement and infrastructure projects related to maintenance to ensure continuous service enhancement within the contract. Implement service improvement programs to ensure ongoing service continuity. Coordinate meetings with direct supervisors and clients to provide information regarding maintenance activities in contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements. Prepare reports on the status of equipment, appliances, and facilities requiring repair or those that have already undergone maintenance. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field 3 years of experience in similar roles, in process planning and/or scheduling Budget management knowledge Availability to work under a 4x3 shift system Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP systems proficiency Ideally, completed safety courses required by large-scale mining companies Class B driver's license
