Professional growth within a leading mining-sector company. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manufacture chemical and explosive products At Enaex, a multinational mining supplier and market leader in explosives and ammonium nitrate production, we are currently seeking Production Operators for our Río Loa Plant located in Calama. To fulfill our purpose of humanizing mining, we would like you to join us in executing manufacturing, handling, and packaging processes for chemical/explosive products safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with procedures—ensuring operational continuity, product quality, and adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards. * Safely meet production targets while maintaining quality, order, and proper waste management. * Strictly adhere to safety regulations and procedures, correctly use PPE, and promote self-care. * Participate in HSEC training programs and comply with regulatory requirements. * Operate production units respecting parameters, procedures, and standards (BOS, PSM). * Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and deviations. * Accurately record production data and maintain documentary traceability. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safe conditions in the work area. * Handle chemicals safely and support operational inspections and controls. * Report anomalies and coordinate with maintenance as needed. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed secondary education (mandatory) * One year of experience in similar roles (preferred) * Residency in Calama (mandatory) * Availability to work rotating day and night shifts on a 4x4 schedule (mandatory) This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
