Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and committed Loss Prevention Operators to ensure the safety of our facilities and assets, detecting and responding to potential thefts and fraud. We are looking for dedicated and proactive **Loss Prevention Operators** to join our team. **What will you do?** Your primary mission will be to actively contribute to the security of our facilities and loss prevention. You will serve as a cornerstone in protecting our assets and maintaining a safe environment for everyone. We seek a detail-oriented and proactive **Loss Prevention Operator** to safeguard our company’s assets. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Surveillance and monitoring:** Oversee facilities via CCTV and patrols, manage access control, and detect suspicious behavior. * **Detection and intervention:** Identify and respond to potential theft (internal or external) and fraud, following established security protocols. * **Inventory control:** Collaborate in merchandise verification and shrinkage prevention. * **Reporting and documentation:** Accurately record incidents, anomalies, and security-related activities. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure implementation of security and loss prevention procedures. ### **Working Conditions:** * **Full-Time Schedule:** 42 hours per week. * **Rotating Shift:** Monday to Friday: * Shift: 08:00 AM to 17:24 PM * **Lunch Break:** You will have one hour for lunch, which you may enjoy on our premises. * **Compensation:** We offer market-aligned, competitive, and attractive compensation. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * **Commitment** to security and prevention. * Observational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to work the indicated shifts. * **Residence in Calama** (mandatory requirement!).
