The mission of the position is to participate in the processes *of learning and comprehensive well-being of children in the assigned level at the Daycare Center, providing quality care, actively collaborating in the planning and implementation of educational programs, within the technical guidelines established by the institution.* **Vacancies:** ***1 (reference)*** **I.- Who may apply** Eligible applicants are those working at JUNJI Los Ríos under various legal statuses, subject to the following special conditions: * Applicants holding honorarium positions or contractual roles must have at least 6 months of seniority in their current role. * Substitute staff must have served at the Institution during the last 2 calendar months prior to the application deadline. **II.- Requirements** To enter the Public Administration, applicants must meet the requirements outlined in Article No. 12 of Law No. 18,834 on the Administrative Statute: * Be a citizen or foreigner with a residence permit allowing paid employment. * Have complied with recruitment and mobilization laws, where applicable. * Be in health compatible with performing the duties of the position. * Have completed basic education and possess the educational level or professional/technical degree required by law for the nature of the job. However, as established in Article 121 of this Statute, fulfillment of this period is not required if determined otherwise by the respective fiscal. (Law 21643 Art. 3 No. 1 D.O. 15.01.2024). * Not be disqualified from holding public office or positions, nor convicted of a crime carrying a penalty classified as a serious offense or simple crime. Without prejudice to the above, for access to auxiliary and administrative positions, conviction for an offense carrying a penalty of simple crime will not be an impediment, provided it is not one listed in Title V, Book II, of the Penal Code.
