* Coordinate with receptionists to prepare replacements according to the schedule agreed upon with the customer.
* Be accountable for fleet, spare parts, and branch supplies inventory control and execution.
* Monitor and manage the scheduling process to meet customer needs regarding maintenance, service, and other requirements—controlling appointment slots to fulfill customer demand.
* Manage fleet maintenance and preparation using internal resources or by purchasing local services from external providers.
