Quality Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality plans, control concrete and pipe quality, manage testing, and coordinate inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead quality control for civil works 2. Coordinate quality inspections with the client 3. Manage laboratory tests and material certificates QUALITY ENGINEER NEEDED, NET SALARY CLP 1\.8 3-MONTH PROJECT, NEAR CALAMA, WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO THURSDAY, 8:00–17:30 HRS; FRIDAY, 8:00–17:00 HRS. REQUIREMENTS: · Degree: Civil Engineer or Construction Engineer. · Minimum experience: 3 years in quality control for civil works. · Knowledge of Chilean standards (NCh) for concrete, pipes, and hydraulic works. · ISO 9001 or similar certification is desirable. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop and implement the contract’s Quality Plan. · Control quality of concrete grades G20, G25, and shotcrete. · Verify quality of pipes with diameters Ø600, 1200, and 1500 mm, and masonry materials. · Manage laboratory tests and material certificates. · Maintain records of non-conformities and corrective actions. Coordinate quality inspections with the client. Salary: CLP $1\.800\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
