




R\&Q Engineering, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Quality Manager** to join an important bidding process in the Mining sector! In Calama, Antofagasta Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 30 months.** **For this, the following are required:** * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering, with a minimum duration of eight (8\) semesters. * Complementary training or certifications in Quality Management (ISO 9001, Internal Quality Auditor or equivalent) desirable. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in industrial or mining projects. * Experience as Quality Manager (or equivalent) in at least 2 multidisciplinary service contracts, construction or projects within the last 3 years. * Knowledge in development, implementation, and control of Quality Assurance and Control Plans (PAC/PEC). * Experience in internal and external quality audits. * Experience supported by verifiable references. * Work schedule/Shift: 5x2\. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and keep updated the Service Quality Plan, in accordance with client standards and regulations. * Ensure compliance with procedures, technical specifications, and applicable regulations throughout all service stages. * Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits, issuing reports and managing corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor and ensure traceability of all quality-related service documentation (protocols, records, inspection reports, material certificates, etc.). * Issue periodic quality reports to Project Management, including performance indicators and identified findings. * Train and raise awareness among service personnel on quality assurance topics. * Represent the service in all matters related to quality management, ensuring necessary actions are implemented to maintain the required standard. **Important:** All listed requirements are exclusive and must be met to be considered in the process.
