R\&Q Engineering, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Technical Coordinator Engineer** to join an important bidding process in the Mining sector! In Calama, Antofagasta Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 30 months.** **For this, the following candidate is required:** * Graduate Professional in civil or execution engineering, with a program of at least eight (8\) academic semesters. * Minimum 5 years of experience in field coordination of multidisciplinary contracts. * Experience in: Progress control, Quantities surveying, Specialty coordination, Interface management in industrial or mining projects. * Participation in at least 2 similar contracts in operational projects and works within the mining-industrial sector, preferably in specialized technical services during the last 5 years, in mining or industrial operations. * Work schedule/Shift: 5x2\. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the technical activities of the various professionals assigned to the contract, ensuring proper integration among specialties. * Support Project Management in controlling scope, deadlines, and quality of operational works on site. * Prepare and consolidate technical progress reports, quantity surveys, and resource control. * Ensure compliance with standards, technical specifications, and internal procedures. **Important:** All stated requirements are mandatory and must be met to be considered in the process.
