The main objective of this position is to lead the assigned department and work team, ensuring achievement of the team’s commercial goals and the quality of service we deliver to our customers.
Are you up for the challenge?
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Analyze yesterday’s sales by category and subcategory, compare against KPIs, and review and report merchandise stock levels to achieve forecasted sales.
* Verify correct product display and make necessary adjustments to boost sales.
* Ensure accurate implementation of prices according to promotions, clearance events, and discounts (labeling, signage, and product grouping).
* Address customer inquiries regarding products and the sales process.
* Request returns from suppliers when necessary.
* Conduct and supervise weekly inventories, assigning staff accordingly.
* Identify best-selling products and overstock items, making display decisions to increase sales.

* Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
* Have experience in similar roles.
* Have experience in commercial areas and leading work teams.
* Possess intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Hold permanent or temporary residency, accompanied by documentation confirming application for permanent visa status.
* Bonus points if you have experience working in Retail and/or Mass Consumption sectors.
