A leading company in the Agro-Industrial sector is looking for a Workshop Manager to work at an agricultural site located in Parral. Main responsibilities: * Supervise and control maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment. * Request spare parts and supplies necessary for workshop operations. * Supervise the work of maintenance operators and mechanics. * Maintain workshop organization, cleanliness, and documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report ICE for deviations. Specific qualifications: * Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Maintenance. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. * Knowledge in planning, teamwork, and problem solving. * Class B driver's license (desirable).
