We consider inclusion and diversity as fundamental aspects for meeting present and future challenges******.*** **ARAUCO** is seeking a Civil Engineer with an electrical, electronic or related specialty, with at least **4 years of experience** in industrial sector companies (working in industrial plants) and technical team leadership, to fill the position of **Reliability Engineer** at the Nueva Aldea **Cellulose Mill.** **Specific job responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain preventive maintenance strategies for area equipment. * Apply reliability methodologies such as root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, RCM, RBI, among others. * Lead requirements and processes associated with SGIIE, ensuring their proper implementation and continuity. * Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements. * Coordinate with operational and maintenance areas to ensure efficient execution of maintenance plans. * Participate in projects for technological innovation and improvement in asset management. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations in all area activities. **Job Requirements:** * Professional degree in Electrical, Electronic Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory). * Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial plants (mandatory). * Demonstrable experience applying reliability tools. * Desirable experience in technical or team leadership. * Availability to work at Nueva Aldea Mill. **Join the ARAUCO challenge!** ***At ARAUCO, we work every day to develop renewable forest products that improve people's lives—a task that challenges us to have committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
