




**Position Summary – First Line Manager** **Location:** Los Ángeles Plant – Chile **Company:** Nestlé **Business Area:** Technical Division – Dairy Plant **Work Schedule:** 100% on-site **Education:** Industrial Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degrees. **Purpose of the Position** We are seeking a First Line Manager to lead the filling, packaging, and packaging operations at our Los Ángeles plant. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a holistic perspective, and the ability to drive technological modernization and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to the production plan and achieving quality, safety, and productivity goals. If you enjoy leading teams, proposing ideas, and contributing to continuous improvement so that processes and products are executed on time and to specification—while safeguarding quality and safety—this vacancy may be right for you. **A Day in the Life of…** Supervise and coordinate production line operations, ensuring daily production targets are met. Lead and develop line and area supervisors, promoting teamwork and a safety culture. Review shift schedules, vacation planning, and compliance with Compliance policies. Participate in modernization projects, including automation and commissioning of new machinery. Manage key performance indicators, reduce customer complaints, and apply continuous improvement tools. Report results to the leadership team and coordinate with internal departments. **What Will Make You Successful** Hold a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Have at least 3 years’ experience leading teams in industrial environments. Possess experience and understanding of quality processes and people management. Experience in continuous improvement projects is desirable. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Power BI proficiency and SAP knowledge are ideal. Intermediate English proficiency. Availability to work 100% on-site in Los Ángeles.
