Your main responsibilities as an O&M Plant Supervisor * Plan and ensure that activities carried out within the facilities by internal staff or contractors are fully completed according to quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Lead and manage service and material requirements at the plants using digital tools and platforms from initial request to complete process closure. * Supervise and perform connection and disconnection maneuvers of equipment in switchgear rooms or high-voltage yards to ensure maintenance according to established procedures and safety measures, contributing to operational and facility safety continuity. * Prepare reports and develop procedures, work instructions, and work permits regarding performed tasks and plant updates, maintaining up-to-date information on facility operations according to established platforms, tools, and timelines. * Operate generation plants and their auxiliary equipment from the control room and/or field, maintaining control over their operational parameters. * Participate in and conduct inspection activities, audits, peer reviews, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive actions to contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge management, and compliance with legal obligations, promoting organizational learning. * Manage and coordinate requests for intervention at generation facilities with external entities according to technical regulations, meeting established deadlines and formats.
