Company seeks an Operations and Maintenance Assistant to work in Antofagasta. Job Objective: Ensure user assistance to meet minimum requirements for traffic, safety, and comfort whenever contingencies, emergencies, maintenance, or repair work occur on the concessioned route. Carry out maintenance and repairs of damages caused by any reason within the concessioned area. Conditions: 1\. Net salary: $850,000 2\. Work schedule: 8x6 shift from 8:00 to 20:00 hours; last working day from 8:00 to 12:00 hours. 3\. Workplace: Antofagasta. 4\. Responsibilities: * Ensure assistance to users of the Mining Route. * Perform maintenance and/or repairs of damages occurring within the concessioned area. * Carry out maintenance, construction, and training activities as assigned by direct supervisors. * Remove materials found along the route that could cause accidents to third parties. * Clear the route of live or dead animals according to current regulations, customer standards, and company policies. * Conduct patrols and implement contingency plans when required. * Provide user support during emergencies. * Other duties inherent to the position. 5\. Requirements: * Completed basic education. * Desirable experience in similar roles. * Health compatible with mining site work according to geographical altitude. * Class B driver's license. * Flagman course (desirable). * Desirable experience in road projects. * Desirable knowledge in handling vehicle and road emergencies. * Desirable knowledge of road infrastructure maintenance programs. * Residence in Antofagasta (mandatory). 6\. Contract under Temporary Services regime.
