At Exacta Chile, we are looking for a **Metrology Technician** to join **LabMetro**, our calibration laboratory specialized in the measurement of mass. If you want to grow in a laboratory that operates under high technical and regulatory standards: we are looking for you. **Main Responsibilities:** Your purpose will be to ensure the proper execution of calibration activities in the laboratory and in the field, meeting established technical and quality requirements. Your responsibilities include: * Prepare, handle, and operate laboratory equipment and weighing instruments. * Perform mass and weighing calibrations according to authorized standards, procedures, and instructions. * Record findings, incidents, and results in official laboratory formats. * Carry out preventive maintenance and intermediate verifications of equipment. * Interact with clients for equipment reception, result delivery, and technical support. Job Requirements: * Education: Technical degree in automation, electronics, instrumentation, or related fields. * Preferred training: Courses in mass metrology, calibration of scales and balances, standard weights and weighometers, measurement uncertainty calculation, and laboratory software operation. * Experience: At least 2 years in calibration of weighing instruments or standard masses.
