Position objective: Supervise the execution of maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, and oversee team safety, guaranteeing fleet continuity for operations. Approximate net salary: $1,120,000. Available rotating shifts (6x1 or 5x2): AM (09:00 to 18:00) and PM (22:00 to 07:00). Initial fixed-term contract. Main responsibilities: Receive and diagnose buses requiring workshop repairs as needed. Assign technical staff according to maintenance requirements. Generate quotes for operational damages. Supervise work performed by assigned technical personnel, ensuring adherence to maintenance guidelines and plans. Requirements: Technical education in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Machinery, Electrical Engineering, or related field (not exclusive). Intermediate-level Office skills.
