The incumbent will be responsible for the **administration, configuration, and operation** of critical technologies such as **Astro 25 and Dimetra**. The role requires **availability for rotating shifts** (day, evening, and night) and for **emergency on\-call duty**. **Key Responsibilities** * **Infrastructure Administration:** Maintain up\-to\-date system infrastructure documentation (diagrams, telecommunications and network equipment inventory). * **Operational Management:** Ensure network equipment configurations comply with agreed **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)** and **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**. * **Monitoring and Analysis:** + Review and analyze data generated by Motorola systems and associated systems (networking, power, RF). + Conduct network analysis per requirements from the Network Operations Center (NOC). * **Problem Resolution:** Identify faults and propose efficient solutions to optimize resource utilization. * **Coordination and Projects:** + Maintain continuous coordination with the Operational Continuity Leadership and the Management Operations team. + Execute specific projects and receive management directives regarding operational or development\-stage networks. **Basic Requirements** ---------------------- **Basic Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. **Experience** Minimum **3 years** of directly relevant professional experience. **Competencies** Strong **communication and teamwork skills**. **Desired and Valued Knowledge** * Experience with **Motorola Systems, Radios, and P25 and TETRA standards**. * Advanced knowledge of **Computer Networking (Networking) technologies**. * Administration of **Linux and Windows servers**. * Virtualization systems, preferably **ESXi**. * Knowledge of **Microwave and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies**. * Advanced proficiency with computer tools (Office Suite). * Intermediate technical English **Travel Requirements** ----------------------- Under 10%**Relocation Provided** ----------------------- None**Position Type** ----------------- Experienced**Referral Payment Plan** ------------------------- Yes***EEO Statement*** Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
