At **Credicorp Capital**, we seek Exceptional Talent for the position of **Corporate Segment Associate**. **Mission**: The primary objective is to acquire and effectively manage relationships with corporate clients in the treasury products distribution business (derivatives, foreign exchange, and investment instruments), while managing portfolio growth, cross-selling, and client profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Manage commercial relationships with large enterprise clients, including cross-selling, profitability enhancement, and portfolio expansion. * Advise clients with market information and manage high-value, profitable business opportunities. * Support business development and growth by acquiring new clients and collaborating across organizational departments. * Possess knowledge and expertise in financial market products used by enterprises and their associated risks. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration. * Minimum 5 years of prior experience in commercial relationship management with large enterprises, including risk management and commercial/treasury financial products. * Knowledge of general finance and economics, derivatives. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate level of English proficiency.
