Job Description Upper Egypt Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a **Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Analyst** to support the planning, monitoring, and optimization of the pharmaceutical product supply chain. The candidate will analyze inventory, demand, procurement, and distribution to contribute to efficient operations and timely supply. Key Responsibilities * Analyze inventory, demand, procurement, and product movement. * Support supply planning and replenishment. * Monitor stock levels, stockouts, overstock, and products nearing expiration. * Prepare supply chain and operations reports and dashboards. * Analyze delivery lead times, costs, and supplier performance. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and suppliers. * Support demand planning and forecasting processes. * Identify opportunities to improve costs, inventory, and logistical efficiency. * Maintain accurate data in ERP and inventory management systems. * Track purchase orders, deliveries, and key KPIs. * Support compliance with pharmaceutical-sector storage and distribution procedures. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Administration, or a related field. * Experience in supply chain, planning, inventory, logistics, or procurement. * Preferably experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or regulated product industries. * Advanced Excel and data analysis tool proficiency. * Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management systems, and Business Intelligence tools. * Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of good pharmaceutical storage and distribution practices is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
