The main objective of the role is to ensure software quality through planning, executing, and documenting functional, integration, and mobile testing, guaranteeing that delivered products meet the highest standards of quality and usability. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, capable of working in dynamic environments and actively contributing to continuous improvement in the development process. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in defining requirements, workflows, and quality control processes. * Actively and efficiently participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban). * Design and execute comprehensive and meaningful **test plans and test cases**. * Report and track **bugs/defects** identified during testing. * Analyze logs and perform functional, performance, and availability tests. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the development and quality control processes. * Conduct **frontend and backend testing**, as well as **mobile testing** on physical and remote devices. * Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure successful deliveries. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Knowledge and experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in **designing and executing test plans**. * Solid understanding of the **software development life cycle (SDLC)**. * Experience with test management tools (**JIRA, TestRail**). * Knowledge of **continuous integration** and **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Experience in **API testing** (Postman, SoapUI). * Experience in **mobile testing** (Android, iOS). * Ability to clearly document test cases, results, and defects. * Skill to **identify issues and propose effective solutions**. * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and in changing environments. ### **Additional Valued Skills** * Experience in automated testing or basic knowledge of automation tools. * Knowledge of SQL for data validation. * Prior experience in technology, banking, or telecommunications companies. ### **What We Offer** * Join a company with over 25 years of experience in technological solutions. * Work on challenging and innovative projects. * A collaborative environment with continuous learning and professional growth. * Flexible working model.
