We are an IT Services and Consulting company. We are looking for a **Functional Certifier** to join a quality team. The purpose of the role is to **validate and certify the correct operation of applications and systems**, ensuring they meet business requirements and defined quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze functional and technical requirements to develop test plans and test cases. * Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. * Document and report detected issues, following up until resolution. * Participate in defining acceptance criteria and validation of deliverables. * Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure solution quality. * Propose improvements in certification processes and ensure good testing practices. **Job Requirements** * Degree in **Computer Engineering, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field**. * Proven experience in **functional certification and software quality control**. * Knowledge in **test case design, defect management, and certification tools**. * Experience with **Jira, Confluence, or other management tools**. * Desirable experience in testing **APIs, Web Services, MQ, Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter**. * Valuable knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Competencies** * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Organization and time management. * Clear and effective communication. * Teamwork and results orientation. * Proactivity and continuous improvement.
