Maintain an inclusive, respectful workplace climate **Job Offer Description** ---------------------- Integra, a non-profit institution belonging to the Presidential Foundations Network and a leader in early childhood education in Chile—with over 25,000 staff nationwide—seeks: * Position: Auxiliary Services Assistant * Schedule: 08:30 to 17:30 hrs. * Communes: Santiago, La Cisterna, El Bosque, Pedro Aguirre Cerda, Pirque, Macul, Puente Alto * Region: Metropolitan * Duration: As required by the Daycare Center & Nursery School (JI&SC) JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure clean, safe, healthy, and appropriate physical spaces for the optimal operation of daycare centers or nursery schools, maintaining hygienic conditions that support the development and well-being of children and the educational community, in accordance with institutional guidelines and current regulations. MAIN FUNCTIONS: * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions at the facility, promptly reporting their status and condition to the administrative assistant or director, as applicable, to foster safe spaces supporting the holistic well-being of all children. * Efficiently manage provided cleaning supplies and products, recording their usage and timely requesting replenishment from the administrative assistant or director, as applicable, according to the facility’s needs. * Implement practices to establish fluid communication and coordinated work with the educational team, generating opportunities for collaborative work and maintaining an inclusive, respectful workplace climate. EDUCATION * Completed Secondary Education from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. WORK EXPERIENCE: * One (1) year of experience in a similar position. * Experience in educational institutions is desirable.
