Collaborates in optimizing educational programs. **Job Description** ---------------------- Integra, a non-profit organization and part of the Presidential Foundations Network, is a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with over 25,000 staff nationwide, seeking: * Position: TJMJ Assistant (4 hours) * Schedule: 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM * Communes: El Bosque, La Cisterna, Pedro Aguirre Cerda, Santiago Centro, Puente Alto, Pirque, Macul. * Region: Metropolitan Region * Duration: According to the kindergarten's requirements. POSITION OBJECTIVE: To implement the afternoon play program at my kindergarten, fostering inclusive and safe environments that promote play and exploration, aligned with the institution’s Educational Project (PEI) and the program’s specific guidelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, promptly reporting any issues to ensure safe spaces supporting the holistic well-being of all children, staff, and the broader educational community. * Implement the program in coordination with the educator(s) or director(s), as appropriate, managing exploratory and playful learning experiences based on the program’s objective and the characteristics of the children, thereby fostering an inclusive, supportive, and respectful coexistence environment. * Collaborate with the team in reflecting upon and analyzing program evaluations, proposing ideas and identifying strengths and areas for improvement to optimize the holistic well-being of children.
